Been doing many jobs lately but mostly just color ups on new homes. This job is worth posting because it shows the level of work Paint Plus can do to a home that has been lived in, colored up, and needed some work done to get it back to a like new state.

Here is this week's shiplap job. Had to remove the bumped out wall. Put in nailing 2x4's. Put up new drywall to get the demoed section even with the rest of the walls. Put up vertical shiplap and trim out the area's around the mantle. Also left the crown molding above the fireplace and mantle to keep the original lines but made custome pieces of trim to finishe it all off.

Some times the smallest rooms can take the most time and attention to detail. This bathroom is being remodeled. Walls removed, new electrical for lighting, a walk in shower was installed, and then I came in to clean it all up. Drywall repaired, primed and painted, 3 piece baseboards re-done, and crown molding fixed.

Well I must say that this one took some extra effort in Brunswick Plantation. Some would say "it's just a bed and bathroom job" . Well 5 colors later if you include the ceilings, trim, baseboards, mirror removal, drywall repair, furniture moving etc plus 37 hours.....this is what you get.

So, bathroom fixer upper. Changed the paint. Ceilings were frosty white, now white. Walls, agreeable gray, now Allibaste...

So, bathroom fixer upper. Changed the paint. Ceilings were frosty white, now white. Walls, agreeable gray, now Allibaster. Accent wall was Sea serpent, now Aquarium. Removed the contractor mirrors and put up a full sized mirror to cover both sinks. Removed the old towel racks, fixed the drywall and put up rubbed bronze wash cloth hooks. Reperposed and refinished some light fixtures to match cabinets and polished the countertops. Also gave the baseboards and trim a touch up. A lot of work in a little space but worth the time and effort.

I've been doing a lot of smaller jobs lately and have met many wonderful people along the way. Here are some photos.
