Just a little before and after on a roof replacement we did in Frisco that illustrates that old adage "trust the process" perfectly.
Sometimes, as a homeowner, you might look out your window during a roof replacement and think, "Oh my gosh, they're making it worse!" Your gutter might be o, the wood might be visible (that's a good thing), and you might wonder how it will ever come back together.
But believe me when I say, it will!
When we replace a roof, we take it all the way down to the decking (the wood), and we take the gutters off too. This is what you want to see!
Taking it down to the decking allows us to check for leaks we would otherwise miss, and removing the gutters is part of it--we replace them with beautiful new (non-hail-dented) gutters all the way around.
TRUST THE PROCESS! I promise it comes together beautifully!

Do you know what I love? When neighbors talk and spread the word. Then I end up with not just one satisfied family, but a whole street of satisfied families with brand new roofs (just like my clients in these pictures).

Take note when you see the same contractor's sign on multiple houses in a neighborhood. It's a good sign that something good is happening with that company.

If it’s hot down on the ground, it’s HOOOOTTTT(er) on the roof. So if you have a roofing team working on your house, be kind. They should be taking breaks and sitting in the shade and drinking lots of water. They’re not slacking, they’re being safe.

So be kind. Have patience. And, as always, take care of each other.

I love my job, but that doesn’t mean I love it when it’s 100 outside!

If you know an essential worker who is outside busting their behinds to do the work in this continuous heat, give them a 👏👏👏👏 and a tag below! Electricians, HVAC, roofers, construction workers, landscapers, etc.
