The big renovation, started with the laundry room, then went to the powder room.
New vanity, new toilet, new flooring, new trim, new paint, new everything!
Great design and ideas from both Crystal Evans and Megan Becker!
Ended up upgrading the stairs as well. New post, railing and balusters. Removed the old coat rack system in the foyer and made a custom one from an ash tree we cut down and milled from Pipersville Pa.

This laundry room had a bit of water damage from a leak. Needed remaining flooring removed (not shown), then new underlayment laid. Once floor was ready, installed new luxury vinyl sheet along with fresh paint, fresh trim, new under sink shelf. All in all the laundry room transformed into a "clean" room 😉
