REMODELING & RESTORATION SPECIALIST

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER — SOMEONE WHO CAN THINK AHEAD, TAKE INITIATIVE, AND HANDLE RESPONSIBILITY WITHOUT CONSTANT SUPERVISION.
Melaragno Services, LLC is looking for a motivated individual with construction trade experience to join our team. We handle both interior and exterior remodeling, restoration, and insurance-related repairs.
This is a field-based position that blends construction knowledge, customer service, sales, estimating, property inspections, and project coordination. We will train the right person on our systems, sales process, and workflow.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* This is not a desk job or a clock-watching position. Be prepared to work until the job is handled.
* You are expected to go out and create business — not wait for leads to be handed to you.
* Construction trade experience required
* Able to take initiative, think ahead, and solve problems without constant supervision
* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude with homeowners
* Comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders, and on roofs when needed
* Willing to get hands-on when needed and help wherever the project requires it
* Dependable, accountable, coachable, and willing to keep learning
* Flexible with hours when a customer, deadline, or active project requires extra time
* Understands that this position is results- and responsibility-driven, not clock-driven
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
* Roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, exterior trim, decks, and exterior carpentry
* Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, drywall, painting, and interior carpentry
* Water, storm, and insurance-related restoration projects
* General residential remodeling and repair projects
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
* Meeting with homeowners and understanding what they want to repair, restore, or remodel
* Performing interior and exterior inspections and taking measurements and photos
* Helping develop scopes, estimates, and project recommendations
* Following up with customers and helping move opportunities from the first meeting through completion
* Visiting active jobsites, solving problems, and helping keep projects on track
* Actively developing new business
* Building relationships, generating referrals, and creating new customer opportunities
