Many projects start their transformation process with a very challenging "canvas". The one depicted is no exception. A serious water migration issue needed to be addressed before we could begin resurfacing the concrete slab- including an engineered mitigation system of the walls and the floor area. Once the floor was mechanically profiled, mitigated and dry, the cracks required serious mending. This preparation was essential before installing a urethane cement overlay and a decorative hybrid flake finish in this vintage carport, which will soon store classic vehicles.

It's not how we start but how we finish. This outdoor chemical storage area was completed in phases with a high build urethane cement traffic system and aliphatic polyurea finish coats. All the construction joints were infilled with a polyurethane elastomeric sealant pigmented to complement the floor finish.

Basement floors in the church’s fellowship hall were refinished to enhance both appearance and utility. The concrete slab was restored and cracks were sealed, and the below-grade substrate was addressed with a moisture-vapor barrier before the decorative coating system with specially blended hybrid polymer flakes was applied to harmonize with the décor and boost light reflectivity, brightening the interior spaces. The upgraded flooring will allow easier cleaning and upkeep, resist stains and wear, improve traction, extend service life, and create a more welcoming setting for the multi-use spaces.
