Customer complaint of no power at breaker box. After locating wire and using our fault locator, found both wires had been damaged at some point. Presumably by a shovel when the conduit in the picture was installed. We cleaned up the bad part of the wire and installed heat shrink repair kits. Turned the power back on and they were back in business.

Some new LED rope lighting installed in place of several fluorescent strips that were no longer working in a finished basement. It gave the rooms a warmer, more evenly lit appearance. Best of all, it runs cooler than the fluorescents and uses less energy!

We were approached by a client about some Federal Pacific panels in their warehouse that the insurance company was requiring them to upgrade or lose coverage.
We were asked what the options were.

Option 1 was to change out the entire panel box which gets labor intensive when dealing with multiple conduits making entry from all sides and there were some through the wall into the back as well. This option costs less in materials but is more labor intensive leading to more down time.

Option 2 was to retrofit the existing panels which allows the outer cans to stay in place while the “guts” are replaced with new interiors, breakers, and covers. This option costs more in materials but it’s a big labor savings leading to less down time.
It made for a really clean and quick install.

A much needed 100 amp to 200 amp service upgrade for a local church. A previously installed 200 amp panel on the 100 amp service presented a major fire hazard as there was no over current protection for the service. Now everything around the service has been brought up to code and they are ready for future expansion.

Removed the old fluorescent lighting and retrofitted new direct drive LED lighting in this sign. No more ballast or bulbs that dim over time. And the best part is energy and maintenance savings over the life of the sign.

Putting the finishing touches on an outdoor oasis!
Can lighting, outdoor fans, receptacles and pool equipment wiring. The black accents on the lighting and devices give it a very sharp look.

Upgraded the old yellowed fluorescent fixtures in the arrival waiting area at St. Francis Hospital.

New LED lighting over the employee entrance and receiving areas for St. Francis.
There were issues with birds building nests on the old fixtures, so we installed new fixtures that don’t provide a gap or ledge above them for the birds to build on.
