Your Structural Adequacy Study Is Complete. But Do You Still Have Concerns?
If your condominium association recently completed a Structural Adequacy Study but residents or board members are still noticing concerning conditions—new or growing cracks, concrete deterioration, corrosion, movement, sticking doors, water intrusion, or other changes—those concerns should not automatically be dismissed simply because a study was completed.
Lasher Engineering & Construction provides independent peer reviews of Structural Adequacy Studies for condominium associations.
We can review the existing report, evaluate areas of concern, and provide an independent assessment of whether additional investigation, monitoring, or repairs should be considered.
A structural study is an important assessment of conditions observed at a particular point in time. It does not mean new or previously unidentified conditions should be ignored.
