ATTENTION SULLIVAN COUNTY!!
Unfortunately due to the common occurrence of people thinking it is acceptable to cancel a lockout service once we have arrived, we will be requiring a card to be provided over the phone prior to us making the trip to Sullivan County. This is too far of a drive and a waste of our time when we arrive to a customer that believes they should not have to pay for our services due to other parties helping them. It is a shame I even need to make this post because it used to be common knowledge that when you call and we are on our way that we expect full compensation for our time. We are sorry for any inconveniences this has caused but it is what had to be done. Thank you all for your support! - David
