Ductwork Fabrication and Installation for commercial and industrial air conditioning, heating, and ventilation. Specializing in process plants, water and sewer treatment plants to include all types of exhaust and dust collection systems. We work with all metals including galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. All fabrication and welding done on premises in Amityville NY.

Compressor exhaust and intake air. These industrial compressors vent a lot of heat. These are directly vented outside to wall louvers.
An intake duct was installed for the make up air of these 3 vents bring out room air. We also installed interior ducts with dampers so that the customer can recycle the heat inside in the winter months.

Custom made piping curb adaptors fabricated and installed.
The factory sent incorrect adapters to allow any chilled water pipes to be ran inside the curb area. We had to adapt the factory service compartment (grey) to the existing curb while shifting away from the factory access doors and keeping everything water tight. It’s never easy but we get it done and done right!

Two new high efficiency boilers vented in a local school. These were vented using DuraVents FasNSeal product. Self sealing connections, stainless steel material which is rated for lower temp flue gas with a corrosive condensate draining back to the boiler. Once it reaches the drain it’s then neutralized with limestone and drained out to a common drain. This was challenging routing this with the existing conditions.

The original unit before that was there as well and abandoned in place25 years ago with the last replacement. We cut it up and removed that as well. That was a Chrysler unit from the 1950’s. Build like a tank. Do not see many of those anymore. Tag last photo

A recent hot water coil install at a local college. The existing leaking hot water coil inside the air handler , which is on a mezzanine, is not accessible without removing half of the unit. The engineering department chose to add a coil downstream and then cut the center of the existing coil out inside the unit to keep less of a pressure drop. This unit is on schedule to be replaced in a couple of years so this is a temporary fix to get through a couple of heating seasons. The ductwork was assembled on the mezzanine as there was limited room to get material up to the cat walk.
