HOLLAND ENGINEERING, LLC provides professional structural engineering services to both the private and public sectors, working with architects, contractors, other consulting engineers, developers, and homeowners. Our services include the following: structural design; preparation of construction documents; construction administration; site visits; structural condition assessments; Texas Windstorm I

nspections; engineered retaining walls; renovation of existing construction and/or remodels; and preparation of light gage shop drawings. We work with our clients from initial conception, through schematic design and design development, to preparation of construction documents. We are involved with the construction administration to ensure that projects are completed to meet the expectations of the owner and/or client.

Holland Engineering LLC is pleased to introduce our summer intern, Eliza Roper. Eliza is an East Texas native and an Architectural Engineering student at Texas A&M University. It has been a pleasure having her as part of our team this summer.
Throughout her internship, Eliza has assisted our structural engineering team on a variety of projects. Her work has included the design of Cold-Formed Metal Framing (CFMF) members, foundation design for Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), including footings, grade beams, and slab systems. She has also played an important role in developing and refining our engineering design spreadsheets for CFMF, PEMB, connection design, and wood framing projects.
In addition to her design experience, Eliza has expanded her technical skills through hands-on use of Revit, AutoCAD, RISA, and Excel, gaining valuable practical knowledge that will serve her well as she continues her education and future engineering career.
The entire team at Holland Engineering LLC is grateful for Eliza's hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude throughout the summer. We sincerely appreciate her contributions and wish her continued success as she returns to Texas A&M University this fall. Gig 'em, Eliza!
