The ideal candidate thrives in coordinating and managing job sites while maintaining smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Manage residential project sites ensuring safety and quality standards
Coordinate and lead small contractor teams for efficient project completion
Perform job site work including inspections and hands-on tasks
Handle administrative duties related to project management and reporting
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
Schedule and manage regular local travel for site visits and meeting

10+ years of experience in construction
