October 19th - 24th is Aeration and Over-seed week for us this year!

Now is the time to reach out to be scheduled for that week! We will be glad to continue into the week after that if we are able to line up enough jobs to do so!

Our Standard Procedure is:
* Fescue (only)
* Aeration
* Over-seeding
* Fertilizer and Lime

Here’s a little project we took care of a few weeks ago! This is a new construction house that was abandoned before finishing! The home had sat for quite a while, leading to overgrowth and a collection of trash from the neighborhood! The new homeowners reached out in a rush to clean it up to avoid any new complaints and to maintain the property within the codes of its local government!

We managed to clean up all debris, limbs, and even finished up by bush hogging and mowing it! It’s now within code and the new homeowners have begun finishing their new home and look forward to moving in soon!

Feel free to reach out with any properties that are over grown or receiving code violations! We will be glad to get it back within guidelines and handover a maintenance ready property!
