Wrapped up this water damaged ceiling Insurance Job today. Air Handler leaked. Area had to be remediated with dehumidifiers and moisture levels checked before sheet rock could be re installed. We can work with your insurance with any emergency situations that come up.

A small job we did on a house this week bathroom floor had holes/swelling from water damage we replaced the subfloor, put in new 3/4 plywood, laid new 12 mil linoleum flooring and trim.
Then in the kitchen they had no dishwasher so we modified the cabinets and installed a dishwasher.

A job we just wrapped up for a repeat client of ours. We Enclosed this sun room space installed 3 new windows, New B board paneling, new door, new vinyl, we demoed all old tile and installed new tile.
