🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from Polaris Building Group! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate 250 years of American independence and everything that makes this country extraordinary.

We are grateful to live, work, build, and raise our families in a nation founded on freedom, opportunity, innovation, and hard work. The ability to pursue a dream, start a business, build communities, and create a better future is something we never take for granted.

As builders, we're proud to play a small part in helping shape the places where people live, work, and thrive across our communities.

Here's to 250 years of American grit, resilience, and possibility—and to an even brighter future ahead.

As you enjoy the long holiday weekend with family and friends, celebrate safely, make great memories, and please come back with all your fingers and toes intact. 😉🎆

Happy Independence Day!

🇺🇸 Building a Brighter Tomorrow. 🇺🇸

We were proud to be a Foundation Partner of the first-ever NeighborWorks Lincoln Construction Olympics and to support an event that celebrated the skilled trades, teamwork, and the incredible people who help build our community every day. NeighborWorks invited Polaris to participate as a Foundation Partner and highlighted that the event was designed to celebrate the trades while supporting affordable housing initiatives in Lincoln.
Congratulations to all the teams that competed, and thank you to everyone who came out to support this unique event. From hammering contests to toilet trots, it was great to see our industry come together for a fun day with an even greater purpose.
A special thank you to NeighborWorks Lincoln for the tremendous work they do throughout our community. For 40 years, they have been helping create housing opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, and empower families through homeownership programs. We are grateful for the opportunity to support an organization making such a meaningful impact across Lincoln.
We're already looking forward to seeing what next year's Construction Olympics has in store! 🔨🏗️🏆

Big day at Foxtail Townhomes! 🚧🔥

The basement concrete pour is officially underway, and this project is starting to come to life in a big way. There’s nothing better than seeing the energy, teamwork, and momentum on site during a major milestone like this.

A lot of coordination and hard work goes into a successful pour day, and our team continues pushing this project forward every step of the way — and we’re just getting started. 💪

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor those who gave their lives for our freedom.

“That from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion.” - Abraham Lincoln

We are grateful for their service and sacrifice - thank you.

Join us in welcoming Ehric Strope to the Polaris Building Group team. Ehric has joined our team as a Superintendent.

Get to know Ehric:

• What drew you to construction or this industry?
I grew up in construction, doing masonry and concrete with my dad and brother.

• Why did you choose to join Polaris?
Polaris was a great fit. The team supports my role well, and I can offer my best to the team in return. I’m excited to be an early part of a growing company.

• What’s a project or type of work you enjoy most?
Outdoor work, the more rural the better.

• What’s something you take pride in when the job is done?
Being the connection point between project owners and tradesmen. It’s an honor to help create a win-win where great tradesmen have great work and owners receive a great product.

• What do you like to do outside of work?
I live for the outdoors and great conversations. A motorcycle ride with thoughtful friends waiting at the end is always a great day.

• If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?
Cigar rolling. I’m a connoisseur, not quite a craftsman.

• If you had a free plane ticket tomorrow, where are you going?
Somewhere rural and not touristy. Backpacking through villages somewhere unheard of.

We’re glad to have you on the team, Ehric, and excited for what’s ahead.
