Electrical company servicing Northwest. Looking to add experienced personnel to staff for the position of Project Manager/Estimator.

Daily duties would include
-initial contact with client calls or request
- scheduling and follow ups
-estimating-repairs,additions,residential & commercial new construction and tenant infills.
-reading blueprints
-monitor client portal for updates on projects and bids.
-billing and collections
-coordinate with city municipalities
-provide oversight on lengthy projects to ensure timelines and quality is met
-on site pre&post construction meetings
-material orders

License required and recommended
