Patty pan squash

Patty pan squash is a unique, saucer-shaped heirloom summer squash with scalloped edges and a mild, buttery flavor. Love to see how our customers use our fresh produce! Julie made sauce from our Amish paste tomatoes. She added onions, garlic, fresh oregano and basil. Most of these items are on our stand but we do have fresh basil in our herb garden.
