We demolished both of the unnecessary walls, expanded the room a bit, put tiling and repainted the bathroom grey. The home owner wanted the plumbing and electrical changed so we did that as well. Let us know what you think of the job!

What you see here is damaged/ Rotten wood because of an old plumbing boot where water was able to come through. This is a very simple fix where only the plumbing boot needs to be replaced if done in the right period of time. This is what happens when you don't replace the plumbing boot in the right period of time. A plumbing boot needs to be replaced every 6 years, if you haven't replaced or don't know if they need to be replace feel free to contact one of our employees to check your home is in great condition.
