The clubhouse is officially down—and the next chapter of Lighthouse Point Yacht Club is underway.

After 65 years of memories within these walls, demolition marks the beginning of an exciting transformation for LHPYC. Stay tuned as we take you behind the scenes and share construction updates as we move from demolition to building what comes next.

And while construction continues, so does Club life. Our pool deck, dining, fitness center, tennis, marina, social events and more remain available for our members to enjoy throughout the redevelopment.

For those who have been watching from the sidelines, now is the time to join. Become part of LHPYC today and experience the Club throughout the transformation—and into its next generation.

65 years of history. A new Club ahead. And we’re just getting started.

Almost 25 years of working together, and THIS is the prize.

With demolition underway at LHPYC, owners and developers Terry Paterson and Jessica Easterling took a quick break from the plans, meetings, and work happening behind the scenes to get in on the action and give our demolition professionals a short break.

After years of planning and working toward this transformation, getting behind the controls and taking down a piece of the old clubhouse themselves made this long-awaited milestone a little more fun.

For our members who have been patiently waiting alongside us: demolition is moving, the team is hard at work, and progress is happening every day. And yes… Terry and Jessica are enjoying this part just a little too much.

Now, back to it—there’s still plenty of work to do and a new Club to build.

The best part? We can finally say: IT’S HAPPENING!

Demolition continues at LHPYC, and after years of planning, patience, perseverance, and anticipation, watching this long-awaited transformation begin is something special.

Every truck leaving the property and every piece of the old clubhouse coming down brings us one step closer to the future we’ve spent years imagining.

We’re grateful for everyone who believed in the vision, stayed patient throughout the process, and continued moving forward with us.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but after years of talking about what’s to come, we’re incredibly excited to finally be underway.

65 years of history behind us. The next chapter is just beginning.

Celebrating Our Legacy. Building Our Future.

Nine years of vision, persistence, and hard work have led to this moment.

As owners and developers of Lighthouse Point Yacht Club, Paterson Project Management is proud to help carry forward a legacy that has been part of the Lighthouse Point community for 65 years.

This redevelopment is about more than a new clubhouse—it’s about honoring the Club’s history, strengthening our community, and building something that will serve generations to come.

A special thank you to our members, investors, partners, and everyone who has believed in this vision and stood alongside us throughout the journey. This milestone would not have been possible without your continued support and confidence.

Here’s to a new chapter, a bold future, and the next 65 years of LHPYC. 🥂
