PROJECT UPDATE::::::

TTC is known for our electrical work and larger construction jobs, what you may not know is Tip Top Contracting has taken on plenty of home renovation projects throughout our career.

Currently we are in the middle of a complete home renovation. This week our guys have been working on the main floor of this home to turn it from a closed layout to an open-concept.

Many may think the job only includes taking walls down, putting in a beam or holding structure and that is it. There is much more into play with these projects. Here are a few examples of what TTC has been/still has to do:

▪️reworking the layout and structure of the entire floor

▪️installing structural beams and supports to ensure the home remains properly supported as the layout changes

▪️reconfiguring the stairs to make sure they are the safe and correctly placed

▪️working through electrical and other behind-the-scenes details that come with a major renovation

▪️the owners are also wanting to keep the existing flooring/trim and kitchen cabinets, so our team is taking extra precautions to make sure that happens

The goal? A home that feels bigger, flows better, and works for the people living in it! >>>>>> We’ll be sharing updates as this project progresses, so stay tuned to see this transformation come together.
