We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily field operations, including scheduling personnel and equipment, communicating with job sites, and ensuring efficient ex*****on of work assignments. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations and supporting both field crews and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and dispatch field personnel (e.g., flaggers, supervisors, operators) to job sites
- Coordinate equipment and vehicle assignments
- Communicate job details, changes, and updates to crews in real time
- Monitor job status and adjust schedules as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, customers, and management
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, time logs, and job assignments
- Handle call-offs, emergencies, and last-minute schedule changes
- Ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned projects
- Assist with compliance tracking (certifications, training, etc.)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)
- Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve effectively

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our colleague, mother, grandmother, and friend Kim Patty.

Kim was an incredible person whose strength, resilience, and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with her. She was genuinely loving and compassionate toward everyone she met, always willing to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement. Kim was also an exceptional team player—someone you could always count on, who uplifted those around her and contributed so much to the positive spirit of our workplace. She will be deeply missed by all of us.

During this difficult time, we understand that many of you will want to express your condolences. At this time, the family is asking for privacy as they grieve, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for their space. We will keep everyone informed as we are able.
