When asked what we do at Pinnacle it is a little bit of everything. This closet had water damage and mold. We tore it out this last winter and now are putting it back together. I was doing some book keeping tonight and looked back over the last few weeks of receipts and it made me think for a small town we are lucky to have some amazing businesses that help my business succeed. Ace Hardware, Western Building Center and Big Sky Lumber all have great staff and go out of their way to help get us what we need to complete our jobs. Libby might be a small town but we have some awesome stores, people and businesses.

The housing market is crazy in Lincoln County right now and here is a helpful tip if you are selling. Make sure your hot water heater is strapped in and the relief valve has an extension. These are two of the most common items called during a home inspection.
