Hey F/B friends . Do you have ugly black stains on your roof ? Do you know what they are ? Well I do ,It's an air born fungus eating the lime stone in your shingle. Yes I can get rid of it. A spray on cleaner and then a good rinse will do the job. Call and I will come by your house and give you a quote. P.S you may want to check the manufactures warranty of your shingle for mold or fungus that has been left untreated.

this was a dock I rebuilt. Replaced all the wood and painted the steel.

One story homes 2000 sqft or less is $125.00 and two story 2500 sqft or less $225.00 anything over that is $10 per sqft. add a driveway for $100.
