The best remodels do more than add space. They make the whole home make sense.

This project began with a backyard shaped by years of disconnected additions. Our Architecture and Design team reworked the entire rear of the home, creating a conditioned family room, a covered porch with exposed cedar beams, and a more natural connection to the pool and landscape.

Along the way, the team also uncovered and corrected a significant structural issue left by a previous renovation. The result is not simply a new outdoor living area, but one cohesive space designed around how this family actually lives.

We were honored to have them handle the lighting design for one of our whole-home remodel projects. There’s a unique pride in partnering with people right here in our community who treat every house like it’s their own neighborhood. They didn’t just add lights; they built the perfect backdrop for late-night porch conversations and weekend hangouts. 🥂

There’s just something good about a Lexington neighborhood coming alive with live music from front porches and lawns.

We’re proud to support Smiley Pete’s 2nd annual Lexington PorchFest happening this weekend. This free community event features porch and lawn stops across town, giving local musicians a place to shine and neighbors a reason to gather.

It’s rare. That’s why this card, sent to Joe from one of our clients, means so much.
