When the whole house is backing up and you aren't sure what to do. Give us a call. We might not be able to clear it if you're on septic like this customer turned out to be, but we can help determine if you are and if you need to have your septic pumped. Definitely don't hesitate to give us a chance, you never know we may be able to clear it if it's just a slight plumbing stoppage, but if it's in fact a septic issue we'll point you in the right direction to getting it fixed.

Yes, I am not kidding, I see this all the time. Accordion drains should NOT be allowed to be sold in stores, period. They are not code, and honestly they create more problems than they solve. House isn't that old, yet they forgot to install an expansion tank and a drain pan. Codes matter people, you really shouldn't trust a home inspector when buying a house, consult a plumber, it may cost you something now, but in the long run your going to appreciate the savings down the road. If you are missing a drain pan and or an expansion tank, or your just not sure if something was installed correctly in your home, give us a call we can point out all the plumbing fails and help you get things up to code and up to date!
