With new signage, drywall, electrical work, and a brand-new multicolor paint scheme taking shape inside and out, this week is definitely off to a bright start! 🎨

Great to see this facility coming together and getting closer to the finish line.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to welcome a Journalism student from the University of South Carolina to learn more about Montgomery Construction and the commercial construction industry.

She sat down with Project Manager , Joel Soto Joel Soto and Superintendent Tom Titcomb Thomas Titcomb to ask some great questions about our company, their roles, and the overall building process behind multifamily construction.

There’s something special about seeing finished spaces begin to feel like home.

Following the recent TCO at Palmetto Place, model units are now furnished and ready to give future residents a look at what’s waiting for them — while new residents are already beginning to move into completed portions of the building.

PMC Property Group did a fantastic job bringing these model units to life, and for our team at Montgomery Construction, it’s rewarding to see another phase of the project reach the point where our client can begin putting these spaces to use.

These are the moments when construction becomes more than plans, schedules and finishes. It becomes a place people can actually call home.
