The audio for my reel comes from Dr. Dan Gubler. I highly recommend checking out his page. In his real regarding hibiscus tea he reviews the health benefits and dosage. This is why I try to grow this plant every year. My harvest this year started with 6 little seeds. It is a pick and come again plant. You can even see the baby calyx behind the mature one.

Pink yarrow harvest day. I love yarrow. I grow it for two purposes: cottage flower garden and medicinal purposes. If I were having a wedding with a whimsical, or cottage core theme I world definitely put yarrow in my bouquet.

New item in the farm stands this week: garlic rolls! Y’all these rolls are jumbo and so delicious especially for those that crave savory little something.

We’re just going to keep going with herbs apparently. This is how I trim my mint and remember to grow them in pots unless you want to become a mint farmer.
