Another one in the books down in Florence, KY. Got a short-notice call to clear out the old Party City for a new Total Wine. We got there a day early, beat the deadline by 3 days, and didn't cut any corners. The crew removed the second floor mezzanine beam, cut cast-in slab posts 8 inches below floor level, knocked down demising walls, stripped all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and cut out a ton of concrete. Show up early, work hard, leave early. Simple as that.

John W Bate Middle Scool- 2 year long project in 5 phases. Full selective interior demolition throughout the school for fresh rennovations!

Pedestrian Bridge- Whitesburg, KY- knocking out a 140’ span pedestrian bridge with site work😎

Long John Silvers, Frankfort- Demolition and site work of a old corner store to make room for a new Long John Silvers!

Bardstown Highschool- We’re back! This fall we will be demolishing approximately 40,000 square feet of school and all 24” poured foundations🧙‍♂️

Dunkin’, Cleves, OH- Interior demolition of a 5,000 squarefoot building to prep for a new Dunkin’

Safran, Walton, KY- Full interior demolition of all offices in the west wing🔐

Desales Highschool, Louisville, Ky- Demolition of the old vestibule and site work for the addition to the innovation center🧠

Total in the months of April we had 22 total awarded projects! Thats a company record!

We have a few more AWESOME jobs that we can’t share with you yet, but keep an eye out around town for our magicians🤫
