A front portico rebuild we finished up about a month ago. This roof required extensive repair. We installed new rafters sistered in to the original frame, a girder beneath for added support that wasn’t there originally. Up next was the installation of new soffit boards, facia boards, roof sheathing, fresh underlay and new flat roof material. We then updated the flashing and modified how it met with the home to prevent this issue in the future. All in all it turned out amazing, the customers were very happy!

Newly finished 6ft privacy fence. This fence has three gates in total. One 12ft wide double gate, one 8ft wide double gate, and one 4ft wide single gate. We will be installing a four foot farm style fence along the back side, pictures to come. Give us a call if you’re interested in a new fence!
