This morning, a service call was performed for one of our contract customers. The thermostat's display was blank, and the issue was diagnosed as dead batteries. Replacement of the batteries rectified the problem, and the system is now working as expected. Since the thermostat relies on batteries instead of a common wire, this was a simple fix. In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, no charge was applied to this service call, as replacing batteries is not considered a chargeable service. This approach ensures happy customers, which is vital to our business.

Before & After Transformation 🔧❄️
This unit came in with a damaged condenser fan blade caused by a misaligned motor shaft—stemming from failing motor bearings.

We replaced the motor and fan blade, followed by a full deep clean to get everything back in top shape.

Now this R22 system is running smoothly and efficiently again—just like it should!

The condenser fan blade on this unit was damaged due to a misaligned fan motor shaft. The damage occurred after the motor bearings started seizing, causing the fan shaft to become misaligned. The solution involved replacing the motor and fan blade and performing a deep clean. This R22 unit is now running efficiently again!
