Yesterday I suppose was military appreciation Day.
A tenant renting who happened to be just an E3 in the Air Force at Shaw who did not have the budget for a $2,500 new door for a house that wasn't his. I cut him a break at only 15% of the price of a new door. The z car is the culprit of running through it.
It fared very well! Everybody is happy 😊

Here we go again! This garage door thought it wanted to be a flying carpet! Not under my watch 👍. All fixed up in about 25 minutes for a reasonable price.

Customer called this a TRAIN WRECK. options were a new door at inflation prices $2500... or fix with braces & new springs... $500.

Inflation won. $500 fix and a few pimples. Everyone is satisfied.

In a short period of time, a disaster was put back together. Yes this damaged door works again with a few dimples and pimples but I saved them $1000 for a new one !

This is a good detailed picture of how NOT to mount a garage door opener. I left this setup alone at the customers choice and simply replaced the broken springs as I was called to do. Crazy quirky and interesting what some folks pass as OK👌
