At All Tech Electric, mental health matters. 💙

Our employees are more than a workforce — they are family. That’s why we believe creating a safe workplace also means supporting the mental and emotional well-being of every team member.

The construction industry faces some of the highest rates of mental health struggles and su***de in the nation. Too often, people feel pressured to stay silent, “push through,” or carry the weight alone.

At All Tech Electric, we want our team to know:

You are valued.
You are supported.
And you are never alone.

It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to have hard days. Taking care of your mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we also want to give a special shoutout to Jae’s Foundation for the incredible work they do in raising awareness, providing support, and helping break the stigma surrounding mental health. Organizations like theirs remind people that hope, help, and community matter.

Let’s continue building a culture of support, compassion, and connection — on and off the jobsite.

👷‍♀️ Women in Construction Week 👷‍♀️

This week we celebrate the hardworking and dedicated women who continue to make an impact in the construction industry. Women bring valuable perspectives, skills, and leadership to the field, and their contributions help build stronger teams and stronger communities.

Women in Construction Week is also a reminder of the importance of supporting one another—encouraging growth, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for more women to thrive in this industry.

At the same time, construction has always been built on teamwork. Supporting women in the field also means supporting the men we work alongside every day. From the office to the jobsite, we’re proud to stand behind all of our employees—making sure our crews have the support, resources, and respect they deserve to do their best work safely and successfully.

When we support each other, we build more than projects—we build a stronger industry for everyone.

Women in Construction Week: Meet Miryam⚡

Nine years ago, Miryam lost her restaurant job and took a chance on a friend's suggestion to try electrical work. That leap of faith changed everything.

"It was not as difficult as I thought. Construction is only as hard as it is in your mind."
Today, Miryam is an Assistant Project Manager at All Tech Electric, a journey that includes overcoming a challenge in 2019 that forced her transition from the field to project management.

What keeps her going? "Knowing that my work makes a difference and I can serve as an example to other women. What we build impacts people."
Her advice to women considering construction: "Your place in this industry is undeniable. Don't let fear or stereotypes hold you back. This field is challenging but incredible. You have the potential to make an impact and revolutionize this industry."

Miryam brings problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking to every project. Her field experience gives her a practical understanding that makes her better at planning, prioritizing safety, and communicating with our teams.

We're proud to have leaders like Miryam powering people, relationships, and opportunities at All Tech.

Women in Construction Week: Meet Annie⚡

Annie's path to electrical work started with curiosity. Working for a cleaning company on construction sites at a young age, she watched the trades work and thought: I could do that.
So she did.

Today, Annie is an apprentice electrician at All Tech Electric, learning something new every day and working toward her Journeyman license.

Her proudest moment? Wiring an entire room by herself on a recent High School renovation project —and watching those lights turn on.
What surprised her most about the field? "The teamwork. You're never alone out there."
What keeps her coming back every day? "I like what I do. I like my co-workers and the atmosphere."
Her advice to women considering the trades: "Come in with a good attitude and an open mind to learn. As a woman, there's no limit to the opportunity. Even though it's mainly men, women can do it too."

Annie shows up every day ready to execute, ask questions, and solve problems—whether it's tracing a loose wire or mastering lighting controls. That's the ownership mindset we value at All Tech.

We're proud to have Annie powering opportunities in the field.
