Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant (10 hrs/week)

Company: Fresh Look Concepts
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Preferred)
Compensation: ~$1,000 – $1,500/month
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction and outdoor living company. This is a fully remote, part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) focused on organizing and entering project data into our CRM system.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn consistent extra income with flexible hours and straightforward tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
Entering project data, expenses, and updates into our CRM (JobTread)
Assisting with basic tracking of project costs, margins, and details
Keeping records organized and up to date
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
Tools We Use
JobTread (CRM) – experience is a HUGE plus, but not required
QuickBooks Online (QBO) – integrated with JobTread
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
Organized and dependable
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Basic computer skills (Google Drive, spreadsheets, etc.)
Prior admin or data entry experience is a plus

👉 If you’ve used JobTread before, that’s a major advantage.
