Last week was National Women in Construction Week, and we wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible women we celebrated on our team. 💡

First, a big shoutout to Kat, our journeywoman electrician. Kat shows up every day with a great attitude and a willingness to take on whatever the job requires. She’s always positive, eager to learn, and even completed her bookwork early and tested out ahead of schedule. Whether it’s traveling for a project or tackling something new, Kat is always ready to jump in. We’re proud to have her on our crew.

We also want to recognize the women behind the curtain who help keep everything running smoothly in the office. Thank you to Senae, Kathy and Lisa for all you do-we appreciate you!

Also to Kandi, our Office Manager and Controller, who is on a well-deserved vacation 😊. She's truly the glue that holds everything together. For over 8 years, Kandi has kept the wheels turning behind the scenes, making sure the office, the numbers, and the day-to-day operations all stay on track. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team.
