We have successfully completed a comprehensive renovation project on a 1961 home, which included installing 30-year architectural shingles, new lead flashing for the chimney, vinyl double 4 siding, soffits, and metal trim wraps, as well as a new vinyl fence.

Exterior complete, minus the doors and windows that will be arriving soon. Interior walls are near completion and set up for truss core PVC panels that we will be installing soon.

We will be closing in this 40x60 steel building next week, having utilized the current weather conditions to complete the interior framing. The forthcoming week is expected to have suitable weather for installing insulation and exterior metal. www.campbellscustomcarpentry.com

As we pull off this project for the next few weeks in order to let other trades get in and work their magic, the team and I will have a chance to start our next big project, wrap up a few other projects, and complete a handful of smaller projects until we can get back and finish the inside and outside siding package.

Moving along great, this carwash is heading towards the finish line now that we've prepped the building for heat, so thawing on the inside can start. Week 3 is looking good with the trusses set, furring on the block wall, trim set, and roof ready. Siding will come when the site work is finished.
