We’ve been a little quiet on social media, but certainly not quiet behind the scenes.
Over the past couple of years, Northern Closure Construction has continued to grow, not only as a home builder, but also through the development of new residential communities here in Central Maine.
Two projects we’re especially excited to share are Apple Valley Estates in Lewiston and Heron Drive in Auburn.
At Apple Valley Estates, we recently acquired the final phase of this established 55+ community and are continuing its development with 22 additional homesites. Apple Valley offers thoughtfully designed homes, community amenities, walking trails, and a beautiful setting directly across from Apple Valley Golf Course.
In Auburn, work is also moving forward on Heron Drive, a new 12-home residential development.
There has been a tremendous amount happening behind the scenes, from planning and engineering to infrastructure and home design, and we’re looking forward to sharing more of the process as these communities take shape.
We’re excited about what’s ahead for Northern Closure Construction and grateful for everyone who has been a part of our growth.
