Job in Poland to remove some stairs and build new ones with a lower step height and a wider tread to make it easier for owner to use them. Also added metal handrails to both sides and a small transition step at the entrance. (they wanted a ramp, but it was not in the budget at this time)

Job in Auburn to replace the stairs and make them safer. Nice to get these done, the last couple of days were nice enough to final get to it. I had the job since November, but had to wait for the building permit, then it started snowing and never really stopped. Job done, customer is happy.

Small job in Bowdoin for a customer that fell and broke her hip and messed up her shoulder. She can only use 1 arm, so she needed handrails on both sides of the stair to be able to up and down. The guy that was going to do it could not come for a couple of weeks and she did not want to have to wait that long. Happy and already using them.

Job in Lewiston to repair a door & jamb inside and reinstall a trim board that was remove by the police, wanting what was in the hole :). I ended up patching the hole instead of replacing the whole board. The windows are too big for me to do alone, so I recommended a bigger glass company to them. (It is going to cost some big money, those are very large, heavy and triple pane units.)

Job in Bowdoin with a friend to build a 3-season room, turned into a 4-season room with heat and a small deck. Also finished inside with a pre-finished barn board shiplap (I really like it, but most importantly the customer loves it.) We started back in August and worked only 1 or sometimes 2 days a week. Job finally completed, except for the election needs to finish up lights.
