LISTEN!! If your company or business you work for can’t pay for 30+ days after completion date you need to let the contractor know up front before the work even begins! It changes everything!

ATTENTION: I just ran into an out of town company charging 35-45 cents a square foot! Which is outrageous. Please use local or at-least call a local business first. For perspective I charge half that. Please do your research first.
