To all of our clients, friends and family, with my current health situation we’d like to say thank you for being patient.
The days are long.
We're tired.
We constantly feel like we're running behind.
Equipment failures. Material delays. Challenging sites. Changes and additions along the way. They're all realities of what we do.
But there's one thing you will never see us do:
Sacrifice quality just to get to the next project. Ever.
During a landscape installation, it's almost inevitable that a project will evolve. Ideas change. Additions are made. Sometimes we uncover challenges we couldn't have anticipated until the work began.
And truthfully, we love that part of the process.
We don't want to rush through someone's property simply because there's another project waiting behind it. We want to give every customer the same level of workmanship, attention to detail, and care that we would want if it were our own home.
That's also why we've never been a company built around rigid completion schedules. We finish our projects in the order they were signed, and we stay until the work is completed to the standard we believe in.
Quality Without Compromise isn't just something we say. It's a promise we've built this company around.
But there's another side of this that matters just as much.
Communication.
And that's an area where I know I can do better.
We're not perfect. I'm certainly not perfect.
And being incredibly busy isn't an excuse for making someone feel forgotten or leaving them wondering when they'll hear from us.
So if I've ever let you down in that area, I sincerely apologize.
We're working incredibly hard every day to keep moving forward, to take care of the customers who have trusted us with their homes, and to get to every project that is patiently waiting for us.
And while I'll never compromise the quality of our work to move faster...
I can work harder at communicating better along the way. And I am.
We're always learning. Always growing. Always trying to be better than we were yesterday.
Thank you to everyone who continues to give us grace, patience, and the opportunity to do what we love. 🌱
