Andy Shaw is a shipwright, woodworker,
and restoration carpenter who grew up in Lewes, Delaware. In the late 90's he worked on the building of Delaware's Tall Ship Kalmar Nyckel. For 16 years he restored and maintained the Maryland Dove and her fleet of small wooden boats at Maryland's Historic St. Shaw now operates a custom woodworking business in Lewes, Delaware. He specializes in preservation

and restoration, as well as custom furniture drawing from his background in museum work and on wooden vessels.
