🎉 WE ARE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT! 🎉

And just like that… Cardinal Grove is officially SOLD OUT! 🏡💙

It has been such a special journey watching this little community come to life, welcoming new neighbors, and helping so many families find their place here. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of the Cardinal Grove story! ❤️

With the community officially sold out, our model home will be CLOSED moving forward.

But if you’re still looking to walk through a Monterey model, we have you covered! 👀

Our nearby community, Autumndale, has a Monterey model available to tour, so you can still experience this popular floorplan in person.

Thank you, Cardinal Grove, for an incredible chapter! 🥂✨

Life by the bay is better when it’s shared. 🌊⛵️

Through Schell Circle, we’re creating more ways for homeowners to connect, discover shared interests, and build friendships beyond their neighborhood.

From sailing and time on the water to happy hours, pickleball, book clubs, and more — it’s all about finding your people and feeling at home.

And here in coastal Delaware, we can’t think of a better place to connect than the Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association. ⚓️

Because home is more than where you live — it’s where you belong. 🤍
