Log construction styles range from full scribed, c***k style, timber frame, and log hybrid (the combination of log and conventional frame construction). All of the logs used in our homes are hand selected from the forests of Michigan and are readily available in diameters from 6" to over 36". Timber Wolf is one of the few handcrafted companies that can offer their customers the option of kiln drie

We therefore offer our clients a design service that is experienced with the unique opportunities that logs present. We can also work together with your architect to assist with the log element of your project.

Timberwolf Handcrafted Log Homes is a Michigan based company experienced in working with Commercial, Residential and Historical Architects to assist in designing and supplying log and timber structures and components. We adhere to modern safety and engineering standards, while maintaining the historical aspects and unique aesthetics of timber structures and components. We have produced and erected timbers and other log components for replication projects in Fort Michilimackinac in Mackinaw City and Fort Holmes on Mackinac Island, as well as fabricated and installed numerous handcrafted log homes and timber trusses for commercial and residential projects.
