If you find your AC is not working properly: Here is a few things you can check.

- Replace filter
- Replace batteries in the thermostat, if they have batteries.
- If you see cottonwood, grass clippings and debris on the outside of the condenser coil, spray off with water.

- Service area: Up to 30 mile radius from Lester Prairie, MN.
- Must provide own truck and tools.

Home owners:

75% of our no heat calls the past few weeks have been from a dirty air filter. Please check you air filter and replace it if its been more then a month.

Also, replace your batteries in your thermostats if they have them.

AC Condenser Unit Tip: Now that the cottonwood seeds have popped open and floating around, its a good time to remember to keep an eye on your outside AC Condenser and spray the coils off with the garden hose to keep the coils clean.
Over time, leaves, dirt, cottonwood and grass clippings build up outside the air conditioner unit; this decreases the system’s capacity and reduces airflow. It’s also why maintenance for the outside unit couldn’t be more important.
