I wish I could emphasize the importance of preemergent application with greater volume. As a certified applicator it can not stressed enough to get product on the ground before germination occurs. That means February applications are imperative to stay ahead of w**d problems.

Show me a dandelion or henbit on a property and I will tell you that the yard is in for a battle for years to come. Don’t get me started on clover once it is allowed to spread. Last, but not least the dreaded crabgrass. The opportune time to control crabgrass is early and often in February, March, and April!!
