Harmony Place is having an Open House tomorrow in Rutland!

If you've been thinking about 55+ living, it's a great chance to walk through the model home, check out the community, and see what's planned for the future—including the clubhouse, pickleball courts, community garden, and more.

We were excited to share a first look at the future Harmony Place clubhouse during last week's Open House.

Designed to complement the community's farmhouse-inspired homes, this 3,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will feature gathering spaces, a fitness center, multipurpose rooms, and more.

It's always rewarding to see a vision begin to take shape, and we're looking forward to bringing this important community amenity to life.

Last week at our Open House, we shared a first look at the future Harmony Place clubhouse—and the response was overwhelmingly positive.

This 3,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will serve as a central gathering place for residents and will include multipurpose rooms, a fitness center, social spaces, and more. We’re excited to see this vision continue to take shape.
