This customer specifically requested a boiler drain in replacement of the failed frost free hose bib. And for the valve to not be covered withe motor when it it patched back. After a short discussion I was sure they knew what they wanted and was happy to make it happen for them.

Caught one in the wild. This tank to the toilet cracked on its own. Down stairs bathroom that hasn't been used in a while. Absolutely no chance that anyone was even around it in a good amount of time. It was luckily noticed quickly by going to do laundy and didn't cause any damage. Got a first time first hand experience and they got a new toilet.

Unfinished basement bathroom coming to life. These customers were in a time crunch to get this bathroom done. Life happens and plans change all the time. I was able to work them into the schedule last minute and get this bathroom operational just in time.

Does your plumbing look something like this? If so you may have problems you are unaware of. Cast iron drains can Crack causing leaks. But it 💯 will rust and leak when in contact with the ground. Resulting in sewage in your crawl space. Can eve go unnoticed for years if the drains are underneath the vaper barrier plastic. If this is you, Holla!
