The best remodeling stories are often the ones hidden behind the walls.

In this century-old home, what started as a bathroom remodel uncovered plumbing buried beneath concrete on the second floor. Once the concrete was removed, further investigation revealed the structure needed to be rebuilt as well.

Challenges like these are common in older homes, but they're also where experience makes all the difference. Our team worked together to find a solution that was efficient, safe, and minimized disruption to the homeowner, bringing in a pump truck to place new concrete rather than hauling it upstairs by hand.

This in-law suite is proof that thoughtful remodeling is about more than beautiful finishes. It's about creating a home that works better for the people who live there.

To make daily life easier, we transformed an upstairs bedroom into a laundry room, bringing essential living spaces closer together. Rather than losing a bedroom and reducing the home's value, we added an egress window in the basement and created this private in-law suite.

The bathroom features heated floors, a floating vanity, and custom built-ins. Every decision was made to solve a challenge, maximize the home's potential, and create a home that will continue supporting this family for years to come.

Just in time for Father's Day! ⛳️

What was once an unfinished basement is now the ultimate retreat. Complete with a custom bar, golf simulator, shiplap detailing, and a full bathroom, this space was designed for entertaining, unwinding, and making the most of time at home.

The homeowner told us it's the perfect place to go and forget what time of day it is, and after already hosting friends and family here, we'd say the space is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

A space built for gathering, relaxing, and creating memories for years to come.

Happy Friday! ☀️ Last week, we gathered for our annual team BBQ! We fired up the grill and spent the evening enjoying good food, outdoor games, coloring, and great conversation.

While we were missing a few faces, our spring BBQ is an important tradition. It gives us the chance to connect outside of work and bring so many of our team members together in one place. Since we're usually spread across the Kansas City metro managing projects, meeting with clients, and bringing remodeling dreams to life, these moments together are especially meaningful.

We’re grateful for the sunshine, the connections, and the opportunity to welcome some new team members into the mix. 🍔🌭

Just 10 days after moving in, these clients called us to bring their dream kitchen to life.

We expanded the space into the dining area, reworked the island, added a beverage bar, took the upper cabinets to the ceiling, and transformed the pantry for better function.

Now this family has a beautiful and functional space that works perfectly for them.

What was once unfinished square footage is now a fun little escape within the home, making everyday moments feel special and proving that a basement can be one of the most enjoyable spaces in the house. 🤍
