A brand-new Brookridge IV Reverse in Riss Lake The Sanctuary! 😆

The Brookridge IV Reverse is a favorite for a reason. Skylights brighten the vaulted wood ceiling in the kitchen, while the great room’s wall of windows looks out toward the wooded landscape. Downstairs, 9' 8" ceilings give the lower level an open feel, with a wet bar for gathering and a private patio tucked near the Parkville Nature Sanctuary setting.

When we designed The Forester, we wanted to give homeowners a space where they could enjoy Kansas City’s changing seasons from the comfort of home.

The glass ceiling fills this three-season room with natural light, creating a beautiful setting for morning coffee, dinner with friends or a quiet afternoon listening to the rain. ☺️

A packed room for Inside KC Development: Building the Future panel. 🏡

Don Julian of Don Julian Builders joined Bruce Rieke of B.L. Rieke Custom Homes, Travis Schram of GRATA Development, and Jeff Robinson of J.S. Robinson Fine Homes for a conversation with Kansas City’s real estate community about development, homebuilding, and the future of the industry.

The panel covered everything from the builder-Realtor relationship to lessons learned over decades in the industry, followed by some great questions from the room.

With more than 50 years of homebuilding experience in Kansas City, Don always has a story or two to share, but conversations like these are just as much about listening, connecting and continuing to strengthen the relationships that move our industry forward. 💪

A big thank you to Weichert, Realtors Welch & Company for bringing everyone together and inviting Don to be part of the conversation. We came to get informed and left inspired! 👏
