Fall is a good time to get eyes on your roof.
Before the leaves drop and the cold sets in, a few things worth checking:
Clear your gutters and downspouts. Make sure water is discharging away from the foundation. Look for any sections sagging or pulling away.
Cold weather tends to find the small stuff first — freeze-thaw can widen gaps that were fine all summer, and ice dams tend to show up where drainage or ventilation isn’t doing its job.
Your roof also doesn’t work on its own. Gutters, siding, and windows are part of the same system, so we look at all of it in one visit.
Free inspection, drone and infrared included, photos and findings with it.
