From a failing waterfront deck to a completely new outdoor space.
This Topsail Island property started with an aging deck that had to be completely removed before the yard could be rebuilt from the ground up.
We handled the demolition, removal, site prep, grading/base work and artificial turf installation to create a clean, low-maintenance waterfront space.
This is exactly what we want Cape & Stone to be about — taking outdoor spaces that aren’t living up to their potential and completely reimagining them.
