When fast response turns into a forever customer 🏡💚

This homeowner in Fiddlesticks Country Club was dealing with multiple leaks from a roof that was over 20 years old.

Like many homeowners, she first called one of the big name roofing companies…

What happens during a tile roof replacement? 🏡

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at our latest tile roof replacement:

🔨 Tear-off Begins
Every project starts with job site prep which includes protecting the property for the roof replacement and then carefully removing the existing tile and underlayment. Our team inspects the roof deck, replaces any damaged wood, and re-nails the decking to meet current Florida building codes.

In SWFL afternoon storms are always a possibility, so we strategically tear off the roof in sections to keep the home protected and watertight throughout the process.

🏡 Dry-In Complete
Next, we install the new underlayment, flashing, and roof vents which are some of the critical components that create a watertight roofing system. Once complete, the roof is ready for the required dry-in inspection and tile delivery.

✨ Final Installation
The new tile is installed, finishing details are completed, final inspection is completed to finalize the roof permit. We perform a final walkthrough to ensure our job is complete and clean before receiving final payment.

Most tile roof replacements in SWFL Florida average approximately 7-10 working days to complete with a few days between needed for inspections, material deliveries, and weather conditions.
